Personal data that is necessary for proceeding with the order will be processed. This includes: name, address, contact data, payment information and bank account details, credit card number, delivery address, etc. These kind of data will be used to conclude the order, according to article 6, 1 lit. b) EU-DSGVO. A transfer of the data to third parties, such as promoter, delivery service and postal service, credit institutes, inkasso companies in case of no payment, will only take place if necessary for the conclusion of the order or if we are obliged due to tax or law reasons.
We save the data in your client account in a order-history. This takes place on the base of article 6, 1 lit f) EU-DSGVO. Our interest is to deliver our clients a better service in case of any new order, so we already have your data available and you do not have to tell us again. In case you don’t agree on saving your data, please send us a message to the contact addresses above; we will then delete your data immediately.
The data will be saved as long as it is necessary for the treatment of your request or until you revoke your agreement. In this case we can save your data for documentary reasons such as for tax or commercial rights reasons.
According to article 15, ff. EU-DSGVO you have the right to inform, improve, delete, constrain the use of your personal data, as well as communication and withdrawal as in article 21 EU-DSGVO. As far as special personal data are used according to your approval, you can withdrawal from this decision at any point. To perceive this right, please get in touch with the responsible person mentioned above.
The processed data will not be given to third parties as far as we do not have your permission to do so, or the transfer is necessary to proceed with an contract or mandate with you, or a legal obligation exists (article 6, 1 EU-DSGVO).
