The responsible for processing personal data is Reiti Racing, Oberpirach 2, 83119 Obing, Germany, represented by Markus Reiterberger. The following personal data will be handled for fulfillment of the contract: name, address and e-mail contact of the client.

Personal data that is necessary for proceeding with the order will be processed. This includes: name, address, contact data, payment information and bank account details, credit card number, delivery address, etc. These kind of data will be used to conclude the order, according to article 6, 1 lit. b) EU-DSGVO. A transfer of the data to third parties, such as promoter, delivery service and postal service, credit institutes, inkasso companies in case of no payment, will only take place if necessary for the conclusion of the order or if we are obliged due to tax or law reasons.

We save the data in your client account in a order-history. This takes place on the base of article 6, 1 lit f) EU-DSGVO. Our interest is to deliver our clients a better service in case of any new order, so we already have your data available and you do not have to tell us again. In case you don’t agree on saving your data, please send us a message to the contact addresses above; we will then delete your data immediately.

The data will be saved as long as it is necessary for the treatment of your request or until you revoke your agreement. In this case we can save your data for documentary reasons such as  for tax or commercial rights reasons.

According to article 15, ff. EU-DSGVO you have the right to inform, improve, delete, constrain the use of your personal data, as well as communication and withdrawal as in article 21 EU-DSGVO. As far as special personal data are used according to your approval, you can withdrawal from this decision at any point. To perceive this right, please get in touch with the responsible person mentioned above.

The processed data will not be given to third parties as far as we do not have your permission to do so, or the transfer is necessary to proceed with an contract or mandate with you, or a legal obligation exists (article 6, 1 EU-DSGVO). If necessary you can contact us for further information. According to article 77 EU-DSGVO you have the right to appeal at the relevant authorities. In our case this would be the relevant federal state authority for data protection; but you can also contact the authorities in your home town, they will help you.

This kind of data will not be stored and will be deleted once you leave the website.

For any order we process the personal data that is relevant to fulfill the order. These are: name, address, contact details, payment information and bank account details, credit card number, delivery address, etc. This data will be used to proceed with your order (article 6, 1 lit b) EU-DSGVO). A transfer to third parties will only take place if this is needed to proceed with your order – for example to the promoter of the event, delivery service companies and postal services, credit institutes, inkasso institutes in case of no payment has been received, or if we need to store this kind of data for legal reasons, such as tax or other legal reasons.

We save this data in your client account in the order history. This happens on the legal base of article 6, 1 lit f) EU-DSGVO. Our interest is to offer our clients a better service for their return to already have their data ready for any further order. If you do not agree to store your data, please send us a message to the contact details you find above; we will then immediately delete your data.

Your data will be stored as long as it is necessary to handle your request or until you withdraw from your consent. In this case the storage of your data can still take place if we need to document your data for legal reasons, such as tax reasons or commercial reasons.

We use cookies to run the website. These are documents that your browser saves on your devise when you visit our website. They serve for saving the data of your visit and to identify you, when you come back and also for the statistics, improvements and the warranty to run our website. These data will be transferred abroad, especially to the USA, where they are used by Google to evaluate them and possibly will be given to third parties. The use of tracking tools can be prevented by changing your browser settings. You can also prevent the processing of your data by Google whilst installing an additional program to your browser. To ensure the safety of your data the transfer of the contents of our website is encrypted according to the SSL-procedure in accordance to the status of the technics you are using.
